Our Amenities at AF-24 include:

Cardio: Treadwall, Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes

Strength: Free Weights, Hammer Strength, Cybex and Atlantis machines.

Speed and Agility: Hurdles, ladders, cone-drills, running from and explosiveness drills.

Functional: Sleds, Tires, Bumper Plates, Kettelbells, and MORE.

Boxing: Heavy bag, Speed bag, and Boxing “Bob”


Class Schedule:

Monday:
5:00 – 6:00pm  – Muscle Mayhem
6:00 – 7:00pm  – Kick Boxing/Self Defense

Thursday:
5:00 – 6:00pm  – What the hell is next
6:30 – 7:30pm  – Boxing


About the Classes:

Kick Boxing/Self Defense – Learn how to give yourself a fighting chance.  Simple tips using boxing/kick boxing that can help provide the ability to defend yourself in a horrible situation.  Instructed by Julius King, $10.00.    

Muscle Mayhem – Very High Intensity “Cross-Fit” type style total body workout.  We customize it to work with anyone’s fitness-level!  Instructed by X, $15.00.

Boxing – Train like a fighter in this group program. You have the choice of boxing or kickboxing training where you will work on footwork and conditioning, fight skills on the bags and with pads, fight drills with me or a partner.  This is for you if you desire to do “real’ boxing or kickboxing.  Instructed by Kenny Weister, $15.00. 

What The Hell Is Next – The name says it all.  This class is a variety of functional movements that focuses on balance, joint stability, and core strengthening.  Come with and open mind and be ready to ask yourself, what the hell is next?  Instructed by Julius King, $10.00.
