The All Fitness staff will put the “Personal” back in Personal Training by shaping and molding your program to your every need.  No one human being is exactly alike. So why should you train like everyone else?  You are a unique individual, with special needs.  Those needs must be addressed in a specific manner to maximize your goal.  Every goal in fitness is relative to your own ability.  In order to achieve a goal, one must follow the SMART model:

  • M- Measurable
  • A- Attainable
  • R- Realistic
  • T- Timely

Too often we get caught up trying to look like someone else does in a certain outfit, or magazine, or on television, or how we did 10 years ago. Set a goal that you really can attain.
